Cost

configuration, maintenance and set-up. SHBV COCHRAN looks at all aspect of
combustion and ancillary plant items. Where the plant is not performing to
the correct levels, and upgrades are need to meet the target, SHBV COCHRAN
can recommend, design, manufacture and supply and install all the equipment
need to meet demand.
Availability
Availability, crucial in many manufacturing applications and buildings
such as hospitals is maximised by ensuring preventative maintenance is
correct and carried out to programme, and that in the event of
downtime, a quick response is given. SHBV COCHRAN provide UK wide
service cover, coordinated
from a central Product Support Desk, with Area Managers on hand to resolve
issues quickly. In addition, we employ our own rapid response repair squad
to provide cover for more major boiler and pressure vessel repairs.
Efficiency
With decades of plant operation experience, plus design and manufacture
of energy plant and combustion systems, SHBV COCHRAN can address all areas of
plant efficiency including combustion efficiency, electrical consumption and
the use of variable speed drives, the use of economisers and other heat
recovery systems, boiler sequencing and BMS integration. Complete energy
efficiency solutions can be provided as part of longer term contracts, or as
a one off project as required.
Operating personnel
SHBV COCHRAN can take responsibility for operational staffing of plant,
via direct employment management of the staff, or by providing complete
support for customers existing staff, allowing those staff to perform other
duties, but with the total support and training from SHBV COCHRAN.

product support engineers UK wide and engineering support at headquarters,
