UK Wide Cover

SHBV COCHRAN support boilers, combustion equipment and boiler house ancillaries throughout their working lives to help ensure efficient and reliable operation. The support provided includes service contracts, insurance survey preparation and breakdown response through to complete energy management contracts where SHBV COCHRAN operate, monitor and maintain the plant in its entirety. A Service Desk co-ordinates and plans all service work and provides UK customers with a single point of contact.

Service Solutions

SHBV COCHRAN’s UK wide service force provides support for all types of boiler and ancillary plant. Our range of services varies from regular preventative maintenance visits, to the complete management and operation of customers steam and hot water plant. Service work is scheduled either by arrangement with our engineer directly with the customer or via the SHBV COCHRAN Support Desk which manages our engineer workload and ensures prompt response in emergency situations.

Service Inspection and Repair Solutions

SHBV COCHRAN can carry out boiler preparation to allow insurance company inspection, reassemble the boiler and get it up and running again. If the inspection reveals structural problems in the boiler shell, tubes or furnace, SHBV COCHRAN can undertake all the necessary repairs. Our factory facilities can manufacture and supply all the necessary material to undertake the repairs, and our coded welders equipped with engineering data from out headquarters can effect repairs quickly and efficiently.

Emergency Breakdown Response

With all service contracts comes priority breakdown response to ensure that should you plant have problems an engineer will be onsite as quickly as possible. We also can supply monitoring and remote alarm packages which can page our engineers direct if need be, reducing the load on the customers operatives. See Emergency Response page for more details.
